These clock hands were first designed by Eli Terry around 1795. This style of clock hands were used on Terry's famous Porter Contract, and were later used by clockmakers like Silas Hoadley and Seth Thomas. Most of the clockmakers in Bristol and Southern States also used these hands. These hands are cast pewter.
You are buying a pair of these style clock hands, painted black. You must fit them to your clock yourself. They can be fitted using a small square file.
